Hot Stone Training is offered at our Boutique New Farm Clinic & Hot Stones Training Centre, or In-House in your Spa, Salon or Clinic.
We offer the Highest-Standard Hot Stone Training available, exceeding that of 5 Star International Spas. This course has originated & been improved from the best International Spas in Europe & the United States.
We are Internationally-Trained & respected, having spent over four years in 5 & 6 Star International Spas guiding Spa Staff to perform at their highest levels of excellence in both technique & approach.
Our courses are available 7 days per week on demand.
Kahuna Hot Stone Massage Courses are 1 Day Intensive - so as to have as little disruption to your business as possible. Therapists will be proficient in performing the most blissful Hawaiian Kahuna Hot Stones Treatment, have thorough knowledge & understanding of the philosophy, background, and history of this amazing & much sought-after treatment.
Therapists undergoing training in our New Farm Centre will be taught in a working-spa environment, adding another dimension & confidence to their new & growing skills.
All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Thank you for choosing Kahuna Hot Stones for your massage training.
Hot Stone Training is generally held on a Sunday, from 8.15am until approx. 3.30pm.
We supply all equipment, towels, oils etc for your training - you just need to bring lunch, & wear clothes suitable to perform a massage. You will learn by giving & receiving.

Further Training Dates will be posted as we proceed through the year. Generally we train on a Sunday each month.
Please also be advised that we do train "on-demand" with a minumum of 2 therapists required to confirm a training date outside those posted on the website. Please contact us for further info.
Training Package
Our training packages offer students more than just the basic skills to perform a massage. The benefits that Kahuna Hot Stones students receive when completing a course are:
- Comprehensive Training Manual - A clearly set out manual including detailed description of the massage sequence, history and origins of the massage and much more information about chakras, kahuna philosophy, essential oils & vibrational medicine.
- Our manual contains professional colour photos of all massage sequences, so there is no guess-work when you are back practicing in your salon or clinic. We also supply coloured, easy to follow cheat-sheets.
- Personalised attention - Class sizes are set to a maximum of 6, and can be run with a minimum of 2 therapists.
- 5 Star Spa Quality - You will learn skills and secrets of the trade that only a Trainer with 5 Star Spa Training Experience can offer.
- Hands on Practice - Our course includes hands-on practice as well as the opportunity to receive this wonderful treatment.
- Personalised Treatment Protocols - Every spa/clinic is different, and we can help therapists to apply their skills and knowledge in their current working environment.
- On-going Support - Students are able to contact their trainer for support after they finish their course. This service is perfect for those who may not have practiced their skills in a while and have a few questions regarding particular sequences or technique.
- Certificate on Completion - Students will be able to perform a Kahuna Hot Stone Massage of any length upon completion of the 1 day training course. Your Certificate will gain you a further 10 CPE points with your accredited association

Brisbane Training Centre (New Farm)
$300 per therapist
In-House Training - Brisbane - central (your premises)
$380 per therapist (min. 2 therapists)
In-House Training - Gold & Sunshine Coast (your premises)
$380 per therapist (min. 2 therapists)
additional $250 is surcharged for travel time & expenses
(ie for 2 therapists, total cost is $1010 including GST)
Rest of Australia
$450 per therapist (min 4 therapists)
Western Australia & Tasmania - an additional $500 surchage ($150 will be discounted if purchasing 2x Deluxe Spa Kits)
Additional Travel & Accommodation costs to be met by individual spa & salon
- Inter & intra-state enquiries: when considering your training options, please compare the full package of prices (stones, heater, accessories, training) with other leading suppliers; you will find Kahuna Hot Stones very competitive. However, if you prefer your training elsewhere, we are happy to supply you with a competitively-priced stones kit to your specifications.
