Payment Options
Cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard
HICAPS available for remedial massage for selected health funds – please request at time of booking.

Make a booking
Bookings can be made via email or phone. A credit card number is requested to secure bookings during busy periods and for couples treatments.

Arrival time
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows time to complete a client form and enjoy a refreshing beverage before your journey of rejuvenation begins.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment, and be charged at the full price. Appointments will finish at the scheduled time to ensure the following clients are not inconvenienced.

Cancellations
Late cancellation and no-shows impact us significantly. We understand that you may need to change you appointment, but we kindly ask for 24 hours notice as a courtesy to our therapists and other clients. Cancellations or changes made the day of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total treatment price. No-shows and cancellations within 2hrs or your appointment time will result in full charges being applied.

Parking and Transport
There is ample street parking on Mountford Rd and local streets.
A bus stop is located 50m from our door and runs regularly on weekdays.

Your comfort and privacy is very important to us. Our qualified therapists will always work within their scope of practice and only perform therapies that will benefit our clients. To ensure you receive the best treatment possible, please communicate any health concerns to your therapist.
